Meet Charlotte

Qualified Teacher • Bespoke Alternative Provision • Child-Centred Learning

Based in Bath and surrounding areas

I'm Charlotte, the founder of Wildflower Education and a qualified primary school teacher with over eight years of experience. I have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and extensive experience adapting learning to meet the individual needs of children, including those with additional needs. I created Wildflower Education to provide bespoke alternative provision for primary-aged children who are currently unable to access mainstream education or who need learning to look and feel different. I design personalised educational programmes around each child's strengths, interests, needs and learning goals, combining curriculum-informed teaching with creativity, practical experiences and outdoor learning. At the heart of my approach is building a trusting relationship with every child, helping them feel safe and understood so they can rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning and experience success in a way that works for them.
