What can we work on?

Wildflower Education isn't limited to traditional tutoring.

Learning is informed by the National Curriculum where appropriate, while being adapted to your child's individual starting points, needs, interests and pace.

Depending on your child's needs and goals, provision may support:

Using everyday experiences, outdoor environments and community settings to give learning purpose and meaning.

Educational visits & community learning

Sometimes the best place to learn isn't at a desk.

Where it supports your child's goals, sessions may incorporate learning in places such as libraries, museums, galleries, theatres, parks and other suitable community settings.

An educational visit isn't simply a day out. It will have a clear purpose connected to your child's learning.

A theatre visit might inspire writing and discussion. A museum could bring history to life. A woodland walk could become the starting point for science, maths, geography and art.

Any visit will be discussed with you beforehand and will be subject to appropriate consent, planning and risk assessment.
